Share your research findings with stakeholders who don’t have Cleio AI accounts. Generate public links to specific insights or entire analysis runs.Sharing an Analysis
- Go to your project’s Analysis tab
- Click the Share button
- Toggle sharing on
- Copy the generated link

Managing Shared Links
Disable Sharing
To revoke access to a shared link:- Go to Analysis > Share
- Toggle sharing off
Generating New Links
If you need to invalidate an old link while keeping sharing enabled, you can regenerate a new link. The old link will no longer work.Use Cases
- Stakeholder presentations — Share findings with product managers, executives
- Client deliverables — Send research results to external clients
- Cross-team alignment — Help engineering or design teams see user feedback
- Documentation — Link from Notion, Confluence, or other wikis
Privacy Considerations
Shared links are:- Public — Anyone with the link can view
- Unlisted — Links are not indexed by search engines
- Read-only — Viewers cannot edit or delete content
