Run Analysis
Once you’ve uploaded videos and added research questions, you can run AI analysis to automatically find relevant moments across all your interviews.Prerequisites
Before running analysis, ensure you have:- ✓ At least one video uploaded and transcribed (status: Ready)
- ✓ At least one research question added
Starting Analysis
- Go to your project’s Analysis tab
- Click Run Analysis
- Wait for the analysis to complete
What the AI Does
During analysis, Cleio AI:- Reads all transcripts — Processes the full text of every video
- Evaluates against questions — Checks each segment for relevance to your questions
- Identifies key moments — Finds quotes and segments that answer your questions
- Groups by theme — Clusters similar insights together
- Generates summaries — Creates high-level takeaways
Analysis Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not started | No analysis has been run yet |
| Running | AI is processing your videos |
| Complete | Results are ready to view |
| Failed | An error occurred — try again |
Re-running Analysis
You can run analysis again if you:- Add new videos to the project
- Change or add research questions
- Want fresh results
Tips for Better Results
- More videos = better insights — The AI works best with 3+ interviews
- Specific questions help — Vague questions produce vague results
- Complete transcripts matter — Ensure videos finished processing before analysis
