Review Insights
After analysis completes, you can explore the AI-generated insights on the Analysis tab. Insights are organized by theme and linked directly to video timestamps.The Insights View
The Analysis tab shows your results in an email-client style layout:- Left sidebar: List of all insights grouped by theme
- Main area: Selected insight details with video player
Understanding Insights
Each insight contains:| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Theme | A category grouping related findings |
| Title | A summary of what was discovered |
| Description | Detailed explanation of the insight |
| Segments | Specific video moments that support this insight |
Viewing Video Segments
Each insight includes one or more video segments — specific moments from your interviews that relate to the finding. For each segment, you’ll see:- Participant quote
- Video name
- Timestamp
- Relevance indicator
Segment Controls
When viewing a segment:- Play/Pause — Standard video controls
- Quote overlay — Toggle the caption icon to show/hide the quote on screen
- Segment carousel — Navigate between related segments using the thumbnails below the video
Navigating Insights
- Click an insight in the sidebar to view its details
- Use keyboard arrows to move between insights
- Filter by question (coming soon) to focus on specific research questions
Exporting Insights
To share findings with your team:- Share link — Click the Share button to generate a public link
- Copy quotes — Select and copy text from any segment
Tips for Review
- Watch the full segment — Context around the quote often reveals more
- Note patterns — Look for themes that appear across multiple participants
- Challenge the AI — Insights are suggestions; use your judgment to validate
