Transcript Features

Speaker Identification

Transcripts automatically label different speakers:
Speaker A: So tell me about your experience with the checkout flow.

Speaker B: Well, I found it pretty confusing at first. The shipping options weren't clear.

Speaker A: What specifically was confusing?
Speakers are labeled alphabetically (A, B, C…) based on when they first speak.

Timestamps

Each utterance includes a timestamp. Click any timestamp to jump to that moment in the video.

Search Within Transcript

Use Ctrl/Cmd + F to search for specific words or phrases within the transcript.

Transcript Accuracy

Transcription accuracy depends on:
  • Audio quality — Clear audio produces better results
  • Background noise — Minimal noise improves accuracy
  • Accents — Strong accents may reduce accuracy slightly
  • Technical terms — Industry jargon may be misheard
Typical accuracy: 90-95% for clear audio with standard accents.
