Cleio AI supports team workspaces where multiple people can collaborate on research projects.Team Workspaces
When you sign up, you start with a personal workspace. You can create or join team workspaces to collaborate with colleagues.Creating a Team
- Click on your workspace name in the sidebar
- Select Create Team
- Enter a team name
- Invite team members by email
Switching Teams
Use the team switcher in the top-left of the sidebar to move between your personal workspace and team workspaces.Team Members
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings > Team > Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- They’ll receive an email invitation to join
Member Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, can delete team, manage billing |
| Admin | Manage members, all project access |
| Member | View and edit all team projects |
Shared Projects
All projects in a team workspace are visible to all team members. There are no private projects within a team — use your personal workspace for private research.What Team Members Can Do

- Upload videos
- Add and edit research questions
- Run analysis
- View and share insights
Best Practices
- One team per research group — Product team, UX team, etc.
- Consistent naming — Agree on project naming conventions
- Document your questions — Help teammates understand research goals
